APPLICATIONS for our Team Rehab, DEI, and Judith Harris & Dr. Monica Vohmann Scholarships are closed for this year. We will announce the scholarship recipients at our 2024 Assembly April 27, 2024.
THE JUDITH HARRIS & DR. MONICA VOHMANN SCHOLARSHIP HELPING A FIRST YEAR DPT STUDENT
David and Julie Rosen, PT want to honor both Judith Harris, Julie's Mom, and Dr. Monica by providing a scholarship to a physical therapist student who has demonstrated their desire to help others while overcoming financial or personal challenges to furthering their education.
This scholarship is open to all first year DPT students.
Deadline to apply is January 31, 2024

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 2023 PT SOLUTIONS LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS!
PT Solutions (PTS) has partnered with the Illinois Physical Therapy Foundation (IPTF) to award seven Illinois student physical therapist (SPT) and one student physical therapist assistant (SPTA) each with a $3,000 scholarship on behalf of the PTS Future Leaders Scholarship Program.

Team rehab partners with the IPTF to award NINE $3,000 student scholarships!
This scholarship is intended to recognize and reward Illinois student physical therapists (SPT) and student physical assistants (SPTA) who exhibit superior scholastic accomplishments, and demonstrate promising potential as practical clinicians.
All second and third year DPT students and all SPTAs in the final year of their program are eligible to apply as long as you have completed at least 1 clinical. Let's welcome North Central College's DPT students for being eligible for this scholarship!

Thank you for another successful 5K! Save the Date for September 28, 2024 for our next 5K!
September 23rd was a great day for a 5K. We had an outstanding 105 participate both in person and virtually. We had 15 amazing sponsors, 3 sponsor booths at the event, swag bags, and several volunteers. All together, we raised enough to fund the 2024 IPTF DEI scholarships and the IPTF Student Emergency Assistance Fund.
Please mark your calendars for the 4th Annual 5K set for September 28, 2024 at the Danada Forest Preserve, (3S580 Naperville Rd, Wheaton, IL 60189) from 9-11 am, as well as being a virtual event! All net proceeds will again help fund the IPTF DEI Scholarship , the Student Emergency Assistance Fund, and other student funding initiatives.
Sponsorship opportunities will open April 1, 2024. Participant registration will open June 10, 2024. We hope to see you next September joining us as we run, walk, and roll for physical therapy!

Thank you for agreat IPTF Day of Giving in 2023! We raised almost $3000 as we celebrated the 5th Anniversary of gaining Direct Access! Your generosity continues to inspire us. These funds will support the IPTF's mission of promoting physical therapy research, educating the public about the benefits of physical therapy, and developing the future of our profession through student scholarships. Thank you again for your donations!
